As a winter storm began to organize over Colorado on 19 March 2020, GOES-16 (GOES-East) Mid-level Water Vapor (6.9 um) images (above) showed the developing middle tropospheric cyclonic circulation across the Colorado/Kansas/Nebraska border area.
