Pre-launch prototype version of the GRB software package. This release is capable of ingesting data from a simulated GRB data stream, recovering ABI L1 data and GLM L2 payloads and writing output to mission-standard NetCDF files. Later releases will add support for recovering data from the remaining GOES-R instruments: SUVI, EXIS, MAG and SEISS.
