CSPP Geo Gridded GLM Version 1.0 Beta1 Release

This is the initial Version 1.0 Beta release and includes the following features:
- Takes GOES GLM Level 2+ products and grids them to the ABI fixed grid at 2-km resolution.
- Creates the following products:
- Minimum Flash Area
- Flash Extent Density
- Total Optical Energy
- Tiles can optionally be created in an AWIPS-compatible format.
Basic instructions, usage examples and links to product documentation can be found in a README file in the program tarball. The software package is self-contained; installation of additional third-party software is not required.
Note that beta software has not been as thoroughly tested as a typical production release. Additionally there may be changes affecting functionality and interfaces before the Version 1 production release.
