Due to space limitations, not everyone who fills out this form will be able to showcase their project. Your submission will be reviewed by the DLESE ShareFair committee and you will be notified by email if your request to showcase your project at the 2004 DLESE ShareFair is accepted. Share Fair abstracts must be submitted by June 7th, 2004.
Available needs for ShareFair presenters include: table (60" wide by 30" long), chair, and electrical and internet connectivity. Each space will provide at minimum a poster display board able to accommodate a poster up to 60 inches by 36 inches in size. Poster display boards are double-sided, so you will be sharing its use with another presenter who will utilize the reverse side. PLEASE CLEARLY SPECIFY ADDITIONAL NEEDS in the form below, such as Internet connectivity, electricity, extra chairs, etc. It will be helpful if you provide your own extension cords for electrical access.
