Clear Sky Trends

Clear Sky Trends show the proportion of pixels that are confidently clear (vs traditional trends showing proportion of pixels that are probably or confidently cloudy). These clear sky trends are also shown for several different land types in an effort to identify if there are conditions where cloud detection biases may occur.
