Conference Hotel

The meeting site for the conference is the Concourse Hotel. Located right in the heart of downtown Madison, the Concourse Hotel is near the State Capitol, State Street, Overture Center, lakes, University of Wisconsin campus and Monona Terrace Convention Center. In addition to its many amenities, the hotel features many business services including complimentary wireless internet access, a 24 hour business center with two computers, three printers and a copy machine, and fax service. The Concourse Hotel is also home to the Dayton Street Grille, which offers contemporary American cuisine with global influences for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dayton Street Grille's Executive Chef Charles Lazzareschi was named the Culinary Conqueror of the 2008 Food & Wine Show Dueling Chefs Competition and Voted Best Local Chef by Madison Magazine’s Reader Poll.

The hotel provides free shuttle service for the Dane County Airport. Phones are located in the baggage claim area that can be used to contact the hotel. Dialing 01 will connect you to the front desk of the Concourse Hotel.

Parking

Parking in downtown Madison is very limited. The Concourse Hotel offers parking to its guests underground parking for $7 per night.
The closest public parking facility is located across the street at the City of Madison's State Street Capitol Ramp.
