AWG and GOES-RRR Call-in Numbers
The 2010 NOAA AWG/ GOES-R Risk Reduction will be held in Madison, WI at the Concourse Hotel. If you are unable to participate in person, please consider attending via the conference call-in option. There are a limited number of lines available, so please be considerate.
The following number will be available from Monday at 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.:
AIT/TIM Call-in Numbers
The AIT will have the same call-in numbers but a different passcode. (Meetings for Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Registration, Poster Abstracts, and online payment close on 28 May.
An FTP site has been set up for uploading materials including oral presentations and posters. The deadline for uploading to the site is 12:00 PM CDT on 4 June.
