Each downtown hotel provides free shuttle service for the airport, campus and anywhere downtown; the only exception is the Lowell Center, which is part of the UW-Extension Service. Please contact your hotel's front desk or concierge to make arrangements for shuttles or taxis. Parking on campus is scarce, and the shuttles provide an excellent alternative. When you arrive at the airport, there are billboards, both on the gate level and by the baggage claim, with hotel information and a courtesy phone to summon the shuttle. The Concourse HotelMadison's premier business hotel, The Concourse, is located just north of Capitol Square at the top of State Street. This hotel provides very personalized service. Free shuttles for the airport and the Pyle Center are available by contacting the front desk. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, indoor pool and exercise area are offered as well as an award-winning restaurant. There are 20 rooms in this block.
