These composite images combine GOES East and GOES West data to show one image
of the whole United States. This changes the perspective and makes it look like
the satellite is directly over the center of the country. On September
4th, composite images showed Hurricane Frances bearing down on Florida
and Hurricane
Howard spinning off the coast of Baja California.
