Visible Images of Hurricane Frances 1-minute apart!
Scientists can get images at 1-minute intervals for short periods of time to study weather features such as the eye of a hurricane. Some "minutes" are missing in this animation of Hurricane Francis but it is still very cool to watch. This loop is storm-centered, which means our perspective stays over the eye of Hurricane Frances for about an hour on August 31st.
