The 2025 CIMSS Weather Camp will take place August 4-8, 2025.
This is a week-long online event for high school students who are passionate about meteorology. The entire course will take place via ZOOM so computer and Internet access are requisite resources. The registration portal is now open!

Participation is limited to fifty High School students who apply with the registration form by April 1, 2025. This includes a one-paragraph essay. After all the applications have been evaluated, the registrants will be split into 3 groups: Accepted, waitlisted and delayed.

The cost is $300 and this is non-refundable. If your plans change, your payment will go into our scholarship fund. If you need financial assistance, we will have a limited number of partial scholarships based on need.

Below is the schedule from the 2024 Camp to give you an idea of content and what to expect. This year we will not have a lunch break, but will start at noon Central time instead.
