Benilde was forecast to intensify, with <a title=\"Benilde forecast\" href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2011\/12\/111230_benilde_forecast.jpg\"><strong>wind gusts up to 140 knots<\/strong><\/a>.
