This example below occurred on <a href=\"https:\/\/en.m.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Solar_eclipse_of_October_2,_2024#\/media\/File%3ASE2024Oct02A.png\">October 2, 2024<\/a> and is the <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/goes\/OCLOFactSheetPDFs\/ABIQuickGuide_CIMSSRGB_v2.pdf\">CIMSS true color RGB composite<\/a> from the (Preliminary\/Non-operational) GOES-19 ABI. A link to the <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/images\/2024\/09\/SH_GOES-19_ABI_RadF_cimss_true_color_2024276_162020Z_201019Z.mp4\">mp4<\/a>. Two examples are below (<a class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\/T<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These GOES-19 ABI are early images (preliminary and non-operational), beta stage. Both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssec.wisc.edu\/mcidas\/software\/x\/\">McIDAS-X<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssec.wisc.edu\/software\/geo2grid\/\">geo2grid<\/a> software was used in generating these images, using data via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssec.wisc.edu\/datacenter\/\">UW\/SSEC Data Services<\/a>.
