beneath which a <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/images\/2024\/04\/240424_kafc_lsr.text\"><strong>landspout tornado<\/strong><\/a> developed in the Chugach Mountains just southwest of Anchorage (PANC) at 0413 UTC on 20 April 2024 (8:13 PM local time on 19 April).<\/p>\n<p>Taking <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/images\/2024\/04\/240420_AK_parallax_30kft.png\"><strong>parallax<\/strong><\/a> into account (<a href=\"http:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/goes\/webapps\/parallax\/overview.html\"><strong>source<\/strong><\/a>), a cursor sample of GOES-18 &#8220;Clean&#8221;
