Airmass RGB imagery from Himawari-9, below, (from 0000 UTC 9 February through 2300 UTC 12 February) show the development of the system and a long fetch of strong winds (by <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2024\/02\/HIMAWARI9_AHI_airmass_20240212_2300L.png\">2300 UTC 12 February<\/a>).
