In <a href=\"https:\/\/geosphere.ssec.wisc.edu\/#playing:true;coordinate:-3361502,-1414924;zoom:5.9;satellite:goeswest;map_grid:on;num_frames:24;start_time:2023-01-24T10:50:21Z;timeframe:Start%20Time;\">the animation above<\/a> (from the <a href=\"https:\/\/geosphere.ssec.wisc.edu\/#coordinate:0,0;\">CSPP Geosphere site<\/a>), low clouds around and to the west of the Samoan Islands are moving towards the west-northwest.  High clouds are moving in the same direction:  Wind shear values are low.
