and then rapidly collapsed back to Tropical Storm intensity by 00 UTC on 28 January 2022 (<a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/images\/2022\/01\/220127_satcon_Batsirai.png\"><strong>SATCON<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>EWS-G1 Visible (0.63 \u00b5m) images&nbsp;
