The motion of these storms on satellite imagery prompted the issuance of a <a title=\"Flash Flood Warning\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2007\/05\/070529_nstu_ffwarn.text\"><strong>Flash Flood Warning<\/strong><\/a> for the islands of Tutuila, Aunuu, and Manua at 02:54 UTC on 29 May (3:54 PM on 28 May, local time).
