The animation of total precipitable water, above, from the <a href=\"http:\/\/tropic.ssec.wisc.edu\/real-time\/mtpw2\/product.php?color_type=tpw_nrl_colors&amp;prod=global2&amp;timespan=24hrs&amp;anim=html5\">MIMIC TPW website<\/a>, shows that most of the storm&#8217;s moisture is east of the center. (The circulation of Pacific Tropical Storm Dolores is also apparent, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhc.noaa.gov\/archive\/2021\/ep04\/ep042021.discus.006.shtml?\">making landfall near Punta San Telmo<\/a> in Mexico) A percent-of-Normal plots from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ospo.noaa.gov\/Products\/bTPW\/TPW_Animation.html?product=CONUS_PCT\">NOAA\/NESDIS\/OSPO<\/a>, below, shows values about 150% of normal over much of the southeast USA.
