in the Waning Gibbous phase, at 98% of Full &#8212; a Suomi NPP VIIRS Day\/Night Band <em>(0.7 um)<\/em> image <em><strong>(below)<\/strong><\/em> provided a high-quality &#8220;visible image at night&#8221;
