Daily totals for the 24 hours ending 1200 UTC on 10 March are shown below.\u00a0 Again, heavy rain is diagnosed on Maui with lesser amounts over Oahu, where 48-hour\u00a0 totals\u00a0 were between\u00a0 150\u00a0 and\u00a0 200\u00a0 mm.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_40177\" style=\"width: 635px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sharaku.eorc.jaxa.jp\/GSMaP\/\">GsMAP website<\/a>, above, show large values mostly north of Oahu, and also just north of Maui.\u00a0 Values are between 100-150 mm.\u00a0 24-hour CMORPH-2 values (from <a href=\"https:\/\/realearth.ssec.wisc.edu\">RealEarth<\/a>), below, ending 0000 UTC on 10 March, show values between 50 and 100 mm.\u00a0 Values over Maui are less than 50 captured the exceptional nature (writeup <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/03\/SpecialStatementonFlooding_WFOHNL_0000UTC_11March.png\">is here<\/a>;\u00a0 some totals are <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/03\/RainfallTotalsWFOHNL_0000UTC_11March.png\">here<\/a>) of this orographically enhanced rainfall.
