From &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/about.html\">about<\/a> CIMSS: &#8220;&#8230; is a Cooperative Institute formed through a Memorandum of Understanding between the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wisc.edu\/\">University of Wisconsin-Madison<\/a>&nbsp;(UW-Madison), the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.noaa.gov\/\">National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration<\/a>&nbsp;(NOAA), and the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/\">National Aeronautics and Space Administration<\/a>&nbsp;(NASA) in 1980. Both images are from July 14th.
