Well west of the storm center, winds gusted to 49 knots at Barrow Island (<a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/images\/2020\/02\/200208_YBWX_SFCMG.GIF\"><strong>YBWX<\/strong><\/a>).
