An initial <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aviationweather.gov\/sigmet\/help\"><strong>SIGMET<\/strong><\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/11\/191115_1601utc_g16_wv_sigmet.png\"><strong>November 1<\/strong><\/a>) was issued covering airspace over Georgia and South Carolina &#8212; Severe Turbulence<em> (plotted in red)<\/em> was reported at <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/11\/191115_1606utc_goes16_waterVapor_infrared_pirep_anim.gif\"><strong>41,000 feet<\/strong><\/a> and at <a href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/11\/191115_1626utc_goes16_waterVapor_infrared_pirep_anim.gif\"><strong>35,000 feet<\/strong><\/a>.
