A toggle between Meteosat-8 Infrared Window (10.8 \u00b5m) and DMSP-17 SSMIS Microwave (85 GHz) images from the <a href=\"http:\/\/tropic.ssec.wisc.edu\"><strong>CIMSS Tropical Cyclones<\/strong><\/a> site <em><strong>(above)<\/strong><\/em> revealed a large and well-defined eye and eyewall structure at 1630 UTC.
