and a GOES-16<em> (GOES-East)<\/em> Mesoscale Sector was positioned over the storm about an hour before that time, providing &#8220;Clean&#8221; Infrared Window (<a href=\"http:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/goes\/OCLOFactSheetPDFs\/ABIQuickGuide_Band13.pdf\"><strong>10.3 \u00b5m<\/strong><\/a>) images at 1-minute intervals <em><strong>(above)<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A post-sunrise comparison of 1-minute GOES-16 &#8220;Red&#8221;
