Puerto Rico at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssec.wisc.edu\/datacenter\/npp\/GLOBAL2017_09_21_264_npp.gif\">~0555 UTC on 21 September<\/a>, and the Day Night Band Visible Imagery (0.7 \u00b5m), above (from <a href=\"http:\/\/re.ssec.wisc.edu\">Real Earth<\/a>, direct link <a href=\"https:\/\/re.ssec.wisc.edu\/s\/8BC1f\">here<\/a>), shows city lights from San Juan and Ponce on the northeast and southwest
