Some of these storms produced tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spc.noaa.gov\/climo\/reports\/160711_rpts.html\"><strong>SPC storm reports<\/strong><\/a>) in addition to heavy rainfall, with as much as 9.00 inches in Minnesota and 9.80 inches in Wisconsin (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.weather.gov\/dlh\/flash-flooding-2016-07-11\"><strong>NWS Duluth storm summary<\/strong><\/a>).
