This storm produced hurricane-force winds, according to<a title=\"OPC surface analysis at 18 UTC on 13 October\" href=\"https:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2014\/10\/141013_18z_sfc_analysis.png\"><strong> surface analyses<\/strong><\/a> from the <a title=\"NWS Ocean Prediction Center\" href=\"http:\/\/www.opc.ncep.noaa.gov\/index.php\"><strong>Ocean Prediction Center<\/strong><\/a>.
