The AWIPS GOES water vapor channel image at 11:45 UTC (<strong>above<\/strong>) showed the <a title=\"conveyor belt schematic\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/meted.ucar.edu\/mesoprim\/bandedprecip\/print.htm#3.3\"><strong>warm conveyor belt<\/strong><\/a> as a plume of moist southwesterly flow within the 320-330 K isentropic layer.
