Early morning 0.63 \u00b5m visible channel images <em><strong>(below; click image to play an MP4 animation; also available as a <a title=\"QuickTime movie\" href=\"hhttps:\/\/cimss.ssec.wisc.edu\/satellite-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2014\/05\/140513_g14_vis_srsor_WV_VA_fog_convection.movttp:\/\/\">QuickTime movie<\/a>)<\/strong><\/em> showed the narrow fingers of river valley fog\/stratus, which began to burn off as heating and mixing increased during the morning hours.
