...Heavy Rain and Wind associated with Tropical Storm Ian
continues to batter the northeastern Florida Peninsula...

Flood Warnings are in effect for portions of Central and Eastern
Florida.

Flood Watches are in effect for Northeastern Florida through the
Georgia and South Carolina coasts.

At 1100 AM EDT...The center of Tropical Storm Ian was analyzed
along the Central Eastern coast of Florida at 28.7N, 80.4W with a
central pressure of 987 mb (29.15 in Hg). National Weather Service
Doppler Radar observed heavy tropical rainfall containing rainfall
rates upwards of 1 inch per hour north and west of Ian's center.
Below are preliminary rainfall and wind observations associated
with Tropical Storm Ian. Strong winds from Ian may have led to
under-reporting of rainfall in the areas of strongest winds. For
