The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a

* Snow Squall Warning for...
  Kingsbury County in east central South Dakota...
  Northeastern Beadle County in east central South Dakota...
  Western Brookings County in east central South Dakota...

* Until 1100 AM CDT.

* At 1001 AM CDT, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
  extending from near Garden City to near Spink Colony, moving
  southeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Poor visibility in snow and blowing snow. Wind gusts
           greater than 30 mph.

  SOURCE...Radar and webcams.

  IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

This will impact the Highway 14 corridor in South Dakota.

Locations impacted include...
Brookings, Lake Thompson State Recreation Area, Volga, De Smet,
Arlington, Lake Preston, Aurora, Iroquois, Bruce, Oldham, Sinai,
Yale, Badger, Hetland, Erwin and Bancroft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Reduce your speed and turn on headlights! During snow squalls, the
visibility may suddenly drop to near zero in whiteout conditions.
