One area of convection in southwest Idaho was moving northwestward. The ProbSevere v4 model tracked it very well with high probabilities before wind gust reports of 60-72 mph. It&#8217;s unclear how much the presence of the the existing storms to the southwest of the developing convection influenced the PSv4 probabilities.
