CSPP Geo Gridded GLM Version 1.0 Release

This is the official Version 1.0 release and includes the following features:
- Takes GOES GLM Level 2+ products from GOES-16, GOES-17, and GOES-18 and grids them to the ABI fixed grid at 2-km resolution.
- Creates the following products:
- Minimum Flash Area
- Flash Extent Density
- Total Optical Energy
- Tiles can optionally be created in an AWIPS-compatible format.
The Version 1.0 release contains the following changes compared to the earlier beta release:
- GOES-18 support.
- Adds statistics files, which are required by AWIPS to perform multi-minute aggregations.
- Added "meso1" and "meso2" as potential --goes-sector options.
- Various performance improvements and bug fixes.
System requirements:
- CentOS 7 Linux (or other compatible 64-bit Linux distribution),
- 32 GB RAM,
- 6 CPU with an x86-64 instruction set.
This system has been found to be sufficient to process a GLM data stream received from a single satellite, generating full disk Gridded GLM products and tiles in near real-time. This assumes that no other significant processing is occurring on the same machine.
