Wagner http://cimss.ssec.wisc.edu/wvssii/ Weather conditions: Clear, cool, and humid. Air temperatures dropping from the low 50s to upper 40s. High surface dewpoints resulted in heavy dew and visibilities reduced to about 3 statute miles. Shallow persistent inversion immediately above surface. Winds were light and from the south. Instrument status: AERIbago: All systems operating normally. Radiosonde: Operating and archiving. 3 radiosonde launches completed today: 0348 UTC Balloon popped above 100 mb; sounding terminated. 0718 UTC Balloon popped above 100 mb; sounding terminated. 1047 UTC Sounding manually terminated at 150 mb. All three launches moved from original scheduled times (0340, 0710, 1030) to accommodate needs of UPS and Air Traffic Control.
