Click and drag the slider button under Set Fade Level to fade between the NOAA-12 and GOES-12 IR images on 19 June 2007 (to quickly toggle between the 2 images, click the middle of the slider bar area, below the word Fade). The coldest cloud top brightness temperature on the NOAA-12 image was -93 C, while the coldest on the GOES-12 image was only -78 C. The apparent northwestward displacement of features on the GOES-12 image is due to parallax error.
