The sign of the latitude bias is opposite to what it should
be in all listings, so the sign is reversed in the odtintensity.c
subroutine odt_latbias to provide the correct sign.

Replace odtinensity.c with above odtintensity.c.6.4.2 in odtlib
directory and recompile code.
