Fair weather cumulus with some cirrus aloft. Instrument Status: * Surface pressure, RH, and temperature sensors working and archiving. Anemometer has completely failed, no plans as of yet for a new one for the duration of TAVE-II. * Ceilometer working and archiving * GPS system working and archiving * AERI working and archiving * Radiosonde system is working and archiving 4 launches were completed today 0000 UTC Launch normal, data good 1505 UTC Launch normal, data good 1915 UTC Launch normal, data good 2220 UTC Launch normal, data good Science/Miscellaneous: The TAVE-II TAMDAR/AERI/RUC20 data quicklooks page showed pretty good agreement between the three datasets today. Peak relative humidity at 850-800 mb corresponded well with the fair weather cumulus present today. Memphis is located along the southern edge of a SPC slight risk for severe weather tomorrow. Dewpoints are forecasted to increase slightly, making for a pretty steamy day. The AERIbago air conditioning units will be going full blast. Hopefully the atmosphere puts on a show for us...
