The Steamboat Group Sales has made 8 lodge rooms and 22 hotel rooms available at the Thunderhead Lodge (ski in/ski out) from Sunday March 30-Saturday April 5 at government rates of $109/night and $149/night, respectively, for this event. Larger units are also available at comparably discounted rates. Please use the block name of "Storm Peak Lab Group."

Additional rooms at these rates may still be reserved after the deadline, based on availability, which is expected to be sufficient if one reserves early.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

IN THE EVENT OF LATE PAYMENT, STEAMBOAT RESORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RELEASE ALL SPACE AND RETAIN ALL PAYMENTS.

1. Units and reservations will be held until December 1, 2007. After this time, all units without names and deposits will be dropped at no penalty. Guests who call after this time will be book at a space available basis.
2.  In order to book a unit out of the block space, the guests must call us at 1-800-525-5502 and speak with the group sales department. A deposit of one night will be due at the time of booking.    Payment in full will be due from the guest 30 days prior to arrival.   
3.  Units cancelled on or before 30 days prior to arrival will lose the one night deposit. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.  Should you require an earlier arrival or later departure, we will be glad to store the groups luggage until the rooms are ready or until the groups departure.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

One credit card per unit will be required upon check-in for any incidental charges that may be incurred.

DAMAGE
Guests will be notified within five business days of any damage to the unit.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

A daily towel change will be provided on stays of five nights or less.  On a six-night stay or more, one midweek cleaning will be provided as well as a daily towel change.

Please note: Since these units are individually owned, the bedding configuration may vary.  Requests may be made but specific bedding is NEVER guaranteed.

SUBSTITUTIONS & LIMITED LIABILITY

Steamboat Resorts reserves the right, without liability, to provide the guest (for all or any part of the term of their reservation) with accommodations in rooms of equal or superior quality to those reserved.  All reservations are also made subject to strikes, acts of God, failure to vacate as scheduled or any other conditions beyond the control of Steamboat Resorts or individual properties.

COMMENTS

No shows, late arrivals and early checkouts will be charged for the full amount of the reservation regardless of the situation.

Discounted lift tickets of $48/day will be available for family members with 2 weeks advance notice.
