Weekend Activities

During the Registration process, you will be asked to select your preferred weekend activities. Around 1 September, we will post the top 2 possibilites for each day, and you will have the opportunity to reserve a space for the weekend activities during the onsite registration process. Once we have everyone pick up their registration packets and we can determine the number of participants for each activity, we will be able to determine the charges for each excursion. This will be collected in cash at the breaks during the meeting.

If attendees indicate enough interest, multiple activities may be offered each day.

  • Box lunches will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday as part of the registration fee.
  • The buses will depart immediately after the working group sessions.
  • Tickets prices may be collected in advance if there is an advantage in group pricing.
  • Transportation fees are difficult to determine in advance because of the unknown number of participants (which determine what size bus will be needed).
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of people who can travel to an activity to keep the cost to a minimum.
  • The additional transportation charges and any fees will be collected in cash after the beginning of the meeting during breaks.
