Awards for Best Oral Presentation and Best Poster

The Best Oral Presentation was awarded to Sid Ahmed Boukabara of IMSG Inc. at NOAA/NESDIS for his talk, "Introducing NOAA’s Microwave Integrated Retrieval System (MIRS)." Co-authors on the presentation include F. Weng , R. Ferraro, L. Zhao, Q. Liu, B. Yan, A. Li, W. Chen, N. Sun, H. Meng, T. Kleespies, C. Kongoli, Y. Han, P. Van Delst, J. Zhao and C. Dean.

The Best Poster was awarded to Stephen English of the Met Office for a poster on "Assimilation of cloudy AMSU-A microwave radiances." Una O'Keeffe and Martin Sharpe are co-authors on the poster.
