Weather Conditions:
Overcast skies in the morning, then cleared around noon. Highs ~70 F.
Gusty winds from the south 10 - 20 mph.

Instrument Status:
The hatch apparently closed at some point during the night. Suspect this
to be due to light drizzle in the area. A few breaks in the data are due
to intermittent cloud cover that moved out of the area around 1500 UTC.

Miscellaneous:
SPC predicts scattered t-storms over the entire region but nothing
terribly organized. Large Cb tower formed to the NW near Liberal around
2000 UTC. Tomorrow looks like a much more promising severe weather day.
