Please make your reservations prior to 1 October 2009 to get the Federal rate of $93/night for a single room and $110/night for a double. All Madison hotels provide free shuttles to the Dane County Airport and the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. At the airport, shuttles can be summoned by using the white courtesy telephones and arrive in 20 minutes across from the baggage claim area. Most of these hotels have been recently renovated.
