Concert on the Square

On Wednesday evening, there is an opportunity to attend one of Madison's favorite summer traditions, Concerts on the Square. This is held on the lawn of the Capitol Building from 7-8 p.m. on Wednesday evenings during the summer. On 25 June, pianist Wendy Chen will join the Madison Chamber Orchestra for a program featuring Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, Rodgers' Victory at Sea and a medley from My Fair Lady by Lerner & Loewe.
Box dinners are available from a wide variety of vendors.
Rain forces cancellation of this event.

Parking

Parking on the UW-Madison Campus is very limited.

The closest public parking facility is located at the City of Madison's State Street Campus Ramp, located about two blocks south of the Pyle Center.

Additional Dining and Shopping

Memorial Union, the location of Monday evening's banquet, and the world-famous Union Terrace provide many social and dining opportunities.

State Street, a mile-long pedestrian mall located two blocks from the Pyle Center, is great for shopping and offers cuisine from around the world.
