Combine Three ABI images into One Red-Green-Blue (Toronto) Image

Instructions

Select an input (file) for each color component, then click "Combine Channels" button
Modify the scale factors (brightness), values greater than 0.0
Not making an image selection is equivalent to a Scale Factor of 0.0
Modify the gamma correction, values greater than 0.1
