		<description>Here's a minor report from Green Bay: The dirt was evident in the rain that fell here too. When starting my car on two occassions Thursday a large amount of brown dirt was evident in the water my wipers pushed off the windshield. I suspected it had fallen in the rain and thought it odd. Thanks for the update on the source of the dirt.</description>
