This page has been designed to allow an opportunity to enhance images using a red, green, blue coloring scheme.  Notice with the sample data sets the river valley image is a true color image as indicated by the wavelengths.  The water v. ice cloud image is clearly not a true color image, rather the color enhancement gives the opportunity to easily tell the cirrus clouds apart from the cumulus clouds.
