Description of HIS Mfiles:

coastlin.mat
% Mat file containing low-resolution coast line data

create_his_cal_plots.m
%       function [] = create_his_cal_plots(print_flag,filedate)

%   ....This Matlab functions reads the HIS UME files and generates
%       radiance and brightness temperature plots of 10 spectra averages.

create_his_engineering_plots.m
%       function [] = create_his_engineering_plots(print_flag,filedate);

%   .....This Matlab function creates plots of engineering data for the HIS
%        instrument after reading several different files.
