Simulated GOES-R Advanced Baseline Imager Bands

This case uses simulated ABI data, which was made using high resolution numerical model runs (WRF Chem), coupled with advanced forward models.

The date is May 10, 2014 at 18:00 UTC. These images were made with McIDAS-V.

Hint to bring out the clouds: combine (in the R-G-B) the 0.6, 1.6 and 13.3 um bands.
